Over the New Years Holiday, Polaris organized an event dubbed CAMP RZR in the Imperial Sand Dunes. “Glamis”, This event was centered around the release of their new Jagged X version RZR. Media was invited and we were even treated to using one of these amazing new cars for the weekend. The new Jagged X RZR XP900 HO is an amazing machine right off the floor, designed after the Jagged X race UTV’s that have been winning major desert races across the world. Jagged X uses a four seat chassis for the extra wheelbase, yet they remove the rear seats for weight savings as well creating extra legroom for the front seat passenger. This is exactly what Polaris has done with the replica, and its performance in the rough stuff reaps the benefits.
We will have a full story on the machine in the next issue, but expect big performance from features like a HO motor that makes an extra 6 HP, bigger race spec’d Walker Evans shocks, and even super trick, color matches bead lock wheels. The new Jagged XP is the most luxurious, complete RZR yet. It even comes stock full functioning doors. Look for a full review with a little background on the machines history as well in the next issue of ATV World.
