A Message from the President of Canadian Kawasaki Motors Inc (CKM)

Our parent company, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd., recently announced Group Vision 2030. This plan outlays the business direction for all of the KHI companies, including the Motorcycle and Engine company.

To achieve the ambitious goals of Group Vision 2030, the Motorcycle and Engine company will be spun-off, enhancing Kawasaki’s ability to innovate new technologies and products for the powersports industry. This new business structure will allow for a more agile company that can
adapt more effectively to changing market conditions and consumer demands.

Canadian operations will see no changes. Dealer and customer support will continue as usual in our mission to deliver industry-leading Kawasaki products and consumer satisfaction.
